1. Amazing Room by iSpace
iSpace Venue needs no introduction as over the years since its inception in 2014, they have managed to built a strong following of returning clients and at the same time attract new ones too. The Amazing Training Room is located in their newest branch in Plaza Vads, TTDI on the 21st floor.
This room can host groups of up to 120 pax in theatre style, 72 pax in classroom style and 27 pax in U-Shape setting. In terms of its location, although the official address situates the venue under Kuala Lumpur, but crossing a little road in front the building lands you in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Which makes traveling to the venue for folks living in Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya, Selangor both convenient and hassle free. For participants that relies on public transport, the TTDI MRT station is the stop you will need to disembark, and a short 8 minutes walk will bring you to Plaza Vads.

2. Sequoia Conference Room
Sequioa Conference Room is a relatively new player in the market, officially launched in March 2020. Our first impression of the venue in terms of design was that the owners of the property were not interested in chasing the latest trend by furnishing the venue with fancy furnitures or colourful bean bags, which we often come across these days. But instead they designed the venue to serve its main purpose, which is to provide its customers with a fully equipped training room, which not only looks professional but at the same time practical.
The Sequoia Conference Room is located in Mutiara Damansara, just a short walking distance to IKEA and The Curve shopping mall. In classroom style, the room is able to comfortably accommodate 35 pax and 50 pax in theatre style. For larger groups, there is an adjoining room next to the Sequoia Room which is the same size and same layout. Combining both rooms by sliding a set of movable walls will double up the seating capacity for classroom style to 70 pax and 100 pax for theatre style.
For those that prefers to commute via pubic transport, the most convenient would be the Mutiara Damansara MRT train station. Upon arriving the station, the venue is about a 10-15 minute walk away. The venue comes fully equipped with a projector, PA system, tables, chairs and bottled water. Another unique feature the venue offers is a digital signage at the entrance of the room for organisers to upload their event title or poster. However, the artwork for the poster would have to be supplied to the venue before the event to be uploaded.

3. Eastin Hotel
Our next venue is none other than Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Technically the hotel is located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, however, for branding purposes, the hotel recently rebranded themselves as Eastin Kuala Lumpur.
Eastin Hotel has a total of 6 different event spaces within the hotel, including the main Grand Ballroom, which has a unique selling point of being pillar-less. The hotel is easily accessible through Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Phileo Damansara station.
The seating capacity for Eastin Hotel’s training and meeting rooms ranges between 15-40 pax in classroom style, and 20-70 pax in theatre style. 4. Terminal 21 by iSpace
Introducing Terminal 21 Event Space. This hall is another unique collection by iSpace and is also located in their Plaza Vads, TTDI branch, but on level 9. The design of the space is very much raw and industrial, which makes it the perfect venue if you’re looking for something uniquely different and thematic.
Terminal 21 offers ample space in terms of its seating capacity. In classroom style, organisers can pack in up to 200 pax and up to 300 pax in theatre style seating. Due to its unique ambience, the venue is also perfect for social gatherings and events such as annual dinner, product launch and team building.

5. Colony Co-working Space
If you are looking for a training and meeting room in Damansara with a fun and relaxed atmosphere, or one that inspires creativity, then this space might just be the one for you. The Colony Mutiara Damansara branch is located in a grade A MSC Office building and is within a 10 minute walking distance to the Mutiara Damansara MRT train station.
This exotic space which features bohemian furnitures and soulful dark hues is able to accommodate 50 pax in theatre style and up to 60 pax standing.
